Click on Instance link in Record log result in View Source button does not function

Overview: Link from Data Import Record log, do not activate the View source button in Inventory UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot as user diku_admin
2. Go to Data Import
3. View the Record log of a complete Data Import job
4. Click the Instance link
5. Viewing the Instance in detailed view in Inventory
6. When clicking the Actions menu

Expected behavior:
The action menu View source is active, and will bring you to the MARC record in SRS

Actual behavior:
The action menu View source is inactive, and greyed out
