Checkbox on page 2+ of View all log list does not work properly

Overview: Checkbox on page 2+ of View all log list does not work properly

Current workaround: None

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot
2. Go to Data Import/View all, and make sure there are more than 200 logs available (3 pages). If you need some single record files to import with the Default Crate SRS MARC Bib and Instance job, I can put them in a folder and make them available.
3. Go to the bottom of page 1 of the log, and click Next to view the next 100 logs
4. Click the checkbox at the top of the list on page 2
5. Then unclick the checkbox at the top of the list
6. Then try to delete selected logs by clicking Actions/Delete selected logs

Expected Results:

• After clicking the top checkbox
  • Checkbox at top of list and all the checkboxes next to each log should be checked
  • Subheader should read x logs found [dot] 100 logs selected
• After clicking the top checkbox again
  • All other checkboxes on the page should be unchecked
  • Subheader should read x logs found (and nothing about logs being selected)
• After clicking Delete selected logs
  • Selected logs are deleted
  • Nothing is left checkmarked
  • Total at the top of the page is reduced by the number of logs that were deleted

Actual Results:

• After clicking the top checkbox
  • Top checkbox does not display as marked, but all the other checkboxes do
  • Subheader says 101 logs selected instead of 100
  • Also, the top log on page 2 is blue and has a little dot next to it, and looks different from all of the others on the page
• Cannot click the top checkbox again to uncheck all of the logs on that page; have to uncheck them one by one
• After Actions/Delete selected log, it looks like the logs are being deleted, but they are not
• NOTE: This happens on all pages after Page 1 of the View all log list
