    Description

      Overview: Optional high-level description of problem

      Precondition: 

      The user has only one permission:

      • Data import: Can upload files, import, and view logs

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot
      2. Go to the "Data Import" page
      3. Import any Marc file
      4. Select a job profile to run

      Expected Results: Actions button should be present in 3rd pane

      Actual Results: Actions button doesn't exist
