    Description

      Purpose:  When user have `Can view only` permission, don't show Actions and +New buttons

      As a staff person dealing with Data import permissions,
      I want Actions and +New buttons not to be displayed when user have Can view only permission.
      So that some users can view the settings without being able to change them.

      • Job profiles: suppress action menu
      • Match profiles: suppress action menu
      • Action profiles: suppress action menu
      • Field mapping profiles: suppress action menu
      • File extensions: suppress action menu
      • MARC field protection: suppress +New button
