Update the "Data Import: All permissions" permission

Purpose: Update the UI name of the permission called Data import: All permissions

As a staff person dealing with Data import permissions
I want that delete log permission to be separate from other Import permissions
So that I can assign it to fewer users

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Data Import UI permission named Data import: all permissions
   • When viewing this permission in the UI
   • Then rename it to be Data import: Can upload files, import, and view logs
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the Data Import UI permission named Data import: Can upload files, import, and view logs
   • When that permission is assigned to a user
   • Then allow the user to do everything with the Data import app (app is active, can upload files, can assign job profiles, can import files, can stop imports, can view logs)
   • EXCEPT do not allow the user to delete import logs
     • Which means, if possible, suppress the checkboxes boxes next to the log names and suppress the "Delete selected logs" option from the Action menus on the DI Landing Page and View all page.
