Data Import permissions in Lotus Bugfest look strange

Overview: Data import permissions in Lotus Bugfest show as deprecated

Current workaround: none; it's also not clear if the permissions showing as deprecated cause problems in Lotus BF or not

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Lotus Bugfest (https://bugfest-lotus.int.aws.folio.org/)
2. Go to Settings/Users/Permission sets
3. Click +New to begin creating a new permission set
4. Ignore the Permission set name field (you won't be saving the permission set)
5. Click Add permission
6. In the search box, type data import
7. Review the 2 Data import permissions that are displayed
8. Then log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin, and do the same thing, so that you can compare the Data Import permissions in both environments

Expected Results: The two Data import permissions should NOT show as deprecated

Actual Results: In Lotus Bugfest, they show as deprecated. In folio-snapshot, they do not show as deprecated.
