Suppress Delete Authority job logs from Data Import log UI

Purpose: Suppress the logs produced by MARC Authority Delete actions from the Data Import logs UI. (The job profiles being used for these jobs are powering the delete action in the MARC Authorities app, and cannot be invoked in the Data Import app. Until the delete action becomes a valid action for imported files in UXPROD-2350, any delete jobs should be suppressed from the Data Import UI)

User story statement(s):
As a user working with Data Import and its settings
I do not want to see logs for MARC authority records that are deleted via an action in the MARC Authority app
so that I am not confused by those logs, and so that they do not add clutter the Data Import log list

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the Data Import landing page
   • When viewing the list of recent import logs
   • Then do not display logs for any jobs that used the MARC Authority - Default Delete Authorities job profile
2. Scenario:
   • Given the Data Import "View all" page
   • When viewing the list of recent import logs
   • Then do not display logs for any jobs that used the MARC Authority - Default Delete Authorities job profile

NOTE This will make it look like the Job ID is skipping numbers, since a job ID will be assigned to each delete, but the completed delete will not show in the log list. Not a significant concern, but we might want to mention in the DI user documentation or FAQ
