When duplicating job profile, retain the details from the profile being duplicated

Purpose: When duplicating a job profile, retain all the details from the previous job profile, except for the "Jobs using this profile" accordion. This makes the job profile duplication work the same way as the duplication for all other Data Import profiles.

As a staff person working with Data Import
I want all details of a job profile to be retained when I duplicate it
So that I don't have to rebuild the Overview section manually

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Data Import Job profile detail view
   • When a user selects Duplicate from the Actions menu
   • Then display a new job profile screen with the same values as the original job profile, for Name, Accepted data type, Description, Tags, and Overview. Do not duplicate the "Jobs using this profile" data from the original job profile.
2. Scenario 2
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
