      Description

      As a librarian
I want to update MARC authority records that exist in FOLIO via data import

      Page

      • Settings > Data Import > Match Profiles

      Requirement

      • Allow a user to create and edit a new match profile for MARC authority records (see screenshot 1)
      • Assume Duplicate and Delete functionality requires no additional work - But please confirm.
      • Assume no change to field validation requirements

      Match Profile Details accordion

      – Existing records column
      — Enable MARC Authority on the Match profile page (see screenshot 2 and screenshot 3)
      — Remove Authority option
      — If user chooses an option that is not MARC Authority THEN change focus to the selected option AND no change to Incoming record selection

      – Incoming records column
      — When user selects MARC Authority under the Existing records column Then Display MARC Authority under the Incoming records column
      — MARC Authority in both columns should be highlighted in the same way as if a user selects MARC Bibliographic under Existing records
      — MARC Authority under Incoming records should have dropdown in the same way as MARC Bibliographic under Incoming records

      – Incoming record dropdown
      — Enable MARC Authority in dropdown
      — When user selects MARC Authority as an Incoming record THEN Existing records column should display MARC Authority (should look similar to screenshot 4)
      — In other words Match profile details should display Incoming record: MARC Authority Compares Existing records: MARC Authority
      — If user selects another option in the dropdown then dropdown displays selected option (no change from current behavior)

      Match criteria accordion

      • IF a user uses data import to update MARC Authority records THEN the user will make updates based on the incoming MARC Authority record having one of the following MARC tag values matched to a MARC Authority record that exist in FOLIO
        • 999 ff $s and 001
      • Match criterion section is the same as if the user chooses MARC Bibliographic for Incoming and Existing records
        • Difference replace MARC Bibliographic references with MARC Authority references
      • Assume that updates will update MARC Authority stored in SRS AND corresponding Authority record in mod-inventory-storage
      • Match profile > Match criteria section - should display as Screenshot 5

      Acceptance criteria

Given I am creating a new match profile for updating authority records
When I select MARC authority for Incoming records
AND select MARC authority for Existing records
AND I enter 999 f f $s as my Incoming and Existing record matching values
AND I set match criterion to Exactly matches
      AND I hit Save
      Then create new match profile

Given I am edit a match profile for updating authority records
When I update my Incoming and Existing record matching values from 999 f f $s to 001
AND I set match criterion to Exactly matches
      AND I hit Save
      Then update existing match profile

Given I duplicate a match profile for updating authority records
      When I view the profile
Then everything I entered and selected should display

IF I delete a match profile for updating authority records
Then the behavior should be no different from deleting any match profile
