Adjust the FOLIO record type in the match profile

Purpose: To make the Authority record type visible, but not selectable in the Match profiles

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given Settings/Data import/Match profiles
   • When viewing the FOLIO record type dropdown list in the Create match profile screen
   • Then add the Authority record type above the MARC Authority record type
   • And link them together
   • And grey it out so that it is not selectable (the same as MARC Holdings, Order, Invoice, and MARC Authority)
2. Scenario 2
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus
