Adjust the FOLIO record type in the action profile

Purpose: To make the Authority record type visible, but not selectable in the Action profiles

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given Settings/Data import/Action profiles
   • When viewing the FOLIO record type dropdown list in the Create action profile screen
   • Then move the Authority record type to be below Item and above Order in the list of values
   • And grey it out so that it is not selectable (the same as Order, MARC Holdings, MARC Authority)
2. Scenario 2
   • Ensure this story passes Accessibility testing
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus
