Cannot upload MARC holdings in kiwi environment

1. Go to https://pre-bugfest-kiwi.folio.ebsco.com (username: folio | password: folio)
2. Run import using [Default - Create Holdings and SRS MARC Holdings]
3. Follow instructions outlined - https://wiki.folio.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=65115201

Expected outcome: Holdings record created and attached to instance record

Actual outcome: FOLIO holdings record is not created
