Purpose: To select Export to CSV in the Action dropdown
User story statement(s): To export search results in the Circulation Log to CSV
As a librarian,
I want to export circulation log data in CSV file format
so that I can sort and manipulate data outside of FOLIO
Scenarios:

- Given I am on the Circulation Log
- When I click the Action dropdown AND select "Export search results to CSV"
- Then my search results are exported CVS file
