    Description

      Overview: The circulation log is displaying results from the day after the date selected in the date range filter
      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into Kiwi bug fest
      2. Open Circulation log
      3. Select the same date in the From and To date range filters (I tested Oct. 18 and Oct. 19, 2021)
      4. View the date column in the results

      Expected Results:  Results match the date range filter date (Oct. 18, 2021)
      Actual Results: Results appear for (Oct. 19. 2021)
      Additional Information: Clunky workaround is to select the day before the day the user is actually looking for data on
