Circ log export shows service point as UUID rather than name

Overview:

Any circ log export that includes 1 or more service points contains the uuid for the service point rather than the service point name.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to circulation log
2. Request list of items checked out during a certain date range and limit the list to a specific service point or points
3. Request export to csv

Expected Results:

export contains a column with service point name
Actual Results:

export contains a service point column that uses service point uuid rather than name.
