    Description

      There are some unforeseen corner cases on back-end side, when user or loan ID can come as `undefined`.
      For now on the UI side this leads to broken links like

      folio-testing.library.tamu.edu/users/undefined/loans/view/1cb526c4-755c-47d0-93cd-ebfd452f392c

      We probably should not show such links to users.
