Circulation Log: Item Barcode Link in Requests Log Entries Does Not Work

Overview: 

When you view a request log entry in the circulation log, the URL for the Item Barcode link is not correct. It is missing the Instance and Holdings IDs (UUIDs). Example: https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/inventory/view/undefined/undefined/1a7dcdae-833f-4e68-a42b-c6ab6aa358c1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into a Honeysuckle (Q3 2020) or later FOLIO environment as a user with permission to access the circulation log.
2. Filter by a Request action to get a list of Request entries.
3. Click on the barcode

Expected Results:

You are taken to the item detail page in Inventory.

Actual Results:

You receive the following error:
