Update anonymize filter in Circulation log

Purpose: Update the Anonymize Loan filter and Action menu
User story statement(s):

As a librarian,
I want to filter only on anonymized items

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given Circulation log
   • When I view Loan filters
   • Then Anonymize should be changed to Anonymized
2. Scenario:
   • Given Circulation log
   • When I select the Anonymized loan filter AND scroll to the Action ellipses
   • Then User details should NOT appear because anonymizing a loan should remove User info from the Circulation log
3. Scenario:
   • Given Circulation log
   • When I select the Anonymized loan filter AND scroll to the Action ellipses
   • Then Loan details should NOT appear because anonymizing a loan should remove User info from the Circulation log

The Action column should be blank
