Adjust search behavior in circulation log search boxes

Purpose: To update the behavior of the free-text filters to match those across FOLIO. Text should be entered and "apply/search" or enter/return pressed before search results load. Currently they load as soon as a few characters are entered into the box.

As a librarian,
I want to filter for circulation actions using free-text filters/search box

Scenarios:

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the search & filter screen in the Circulation Log app
   • When I type into any of the following filters
     • User barcode
     • Item barcode
     • Description
     • Date range
   • Then the results should NOT appear until the user selects "Apply/Search" or uses the enter/return keyboard short cut
