Description
Purpose: To open the Circulation Log and view circulation log in a table that can be searched and filtered but does not show any circ log data

As a staff person
I want to open the Circulation Log to view circulation log data in a table that can be searched and filtered so I can find specific information in relation to a user or item.
Scenarios:
- Scenario 1
- Given the Circulation Log app
- When I view the circulation data
- Then I see a table with the following headers: User Barcode, Item Barcode, Object, Action, Date, Service Point, Source, Description, … (ellipses symbol)
- Scenario 2
- Given the Circulation Log app
- When I click on the … (ellipses) symbol
- Then I see a popup window listing the following: User details, Item details, Loan details, Fee/fine details
