Open Circulation Log search & filter screen

Purpose: To open the Circulation Log to a screen that allows for searching & filtering circulation log data

As a staff person
I want to open the Circulation Log to a search & filter screen

Scenarios:

1. Scenario 1
   • Given I am logged into FOLIO
   • When I click on the Circulation Log app
   • Then the Circulation Log app opens to a search & filter screen
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the search & filter screen in the Circulation Log app
   • When filtering or searching has NOT been executed
   • Then I see a search icon in the top header and "Enter search criteria here"
3. Scenario 3
   • Given the search & filter screen in the Circulation Log app
   • When filtering or searching has NOT been executed
   • Then I see the Action dropdown on the right hand side of the header
4. Scenario 4
   • Given the search & filter screen in the Circulation Log app
   • When filtering or searching has NOT been executed
   • The the left margin contains the following search boxes: User Barcode, Item Barcode, Description, and Date Range (From and To) AND an Apply button
