Ellipses menu option permissions

Purpose: To define permissions for the ellipses menu options so users only see the options they have permissions for

User story statement(s):

As a librarian,
I want to see only the ellipses menu options that I have permissions for
so that I do not see the options I have no permissions for

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the circulation log
   • When I click on the ellipses
   • Then I only see options for which I have the appropriate permissions
2. Scenario:
   • Given the circulation log
   • When I click on the ellipses
   • Then I can't see options unless I have the following permissions
3. Scenario:
   • Given the Loan object
   • When I click on the ellipses
   • Then I must have the following permissions to view all options:
     • Users: User loans view
     • Users: Can view user profile
     • Inventory: View, create, edit items
4. Scenario:
   • Given the Fee/fine object
   • When I click on the ellipses
   • Then I must have the following permissions to view all options:
     • Users: Can create, edit and remove fees/fines
     • Users: Can view user profile
     • Users: User loans view
5. Scenario:
   • Given the Blocks object
   • When I click on the ellipses
   • Then I must have the following permissions to view all options:
     • Users: Can create, edit and remove patron blocks
     • Users: Can view user profile
6. Scenario:
   • Given the Requests object
   • When I click on the ellipses
   • Then I must have the following permissions to view all options:
     • Users: View requests
     • Users: Can view user profile
     • Inventory: View, create items

   • Given the Notices object
   • When I click on the ellipses
   • Then I must have the following permissions to view all options:
     • Settings (Circ): Can create, edit and remove patron notice templates
     • Settings (Circ): Can create, edit and remove notice policies
     • Users: User loans view

     • Users: View requests
     • Users: Can create, edit and remove fees/fines
     • Inventory: View, create items
