Remove "Requests" from list of circulation apps to enable perform wildcard lookup of items by barcode in Circulation settings

Purpose:

Because the work to enable this functionality will not be available in Lotus for Requests, we need to remove that app from the list of apps where the functaionality will be enabled in Settings.

User story statement(s):

Remove "Requests" from list of affected apps in Settings > Circulation > Other settings > Perform wildcard lookup… checkbox label. See attached screenshot.
