    Description

      These stories outline the requirements for the email, SMS and print templates within a patron notice. Please see UICIRC-70, UICIRC-73, UICIRC-87 and UICIRC-86 for reference.

      Scenario 1:

      • Given settings > circulation > patron notices > specific notice selected (i.e., On hold - available)
      • Allow administrator to specify Email template for create, edit and duplicate functions
      • Displays as form within an opened (by default) accordion titled “Email”
        • Fields:
          • Subject as a text input (single line)
            • If edit or duplicate, then contains value; otherwise, it’s empty
          • Body as a text area input (multiple line)
            • If edit or duplicate, then contains value; otherwise, it’s empty
            • Rich-text editor with the following:
              • Undo, redo
              • Bold, italics, underline
              • List ordered and unordered
              • Decrease and increase indent
              • Font size (small, normal, large and huge)
              • Align text (left, center, right and justify)
              • Insert link
              • HTML toggle (Out of scope)
              • Insert token
        • Preview button

      Scenario 2:

      • Given settings > circulation > patron notices > specific notice selected (i.e., On hold - available)
      • Allow administrator to preview an email, SMS or print template by clicking Preview button at top right of each format
      • Displays as modal
        • Title of modal is “Preview of [name of notice]
        • For email, allow user to switch between desktop and mobile preview with a segmented control underneath the title
          • Modal width for desktop view is either standard modal size? or should be at least 1024 pixels? Looking for advice here?
          • Modal width for mobile view is 320 pixels
