Replace int values with string representations for renewFromOptions

Based on the conversation with marcjohnson and the work being done related to moving the renew functionality to the server we decided to convert renewFrom options from integers (1,2) to strings:

• CURRENT_DUE_DATE (previously 1)
• SYSTEM_DATE (previously 2)

This needs to happen in both ui-users and ui-circulation
