Description
Purpose: To add setting which will allow admin to specify a number or minute or hours to be added to the opening time when the Closed library due date management = Move to the beginning of the next open service point hours
User story: As a user who is administering loan policies, I want to be able to specify that, if a loan is due at the beginning of the library service point opening time, that it doesn't actually need to be returned until some time later. This is different than the grace period which specifies the amount of time after which patron fees and fines are incurred.
Scenarios:
- Scenario
- Given Loan Policy X
- When:
- Loanable = Y AND
- Closed library due date management = Move to the beginning of the next open service point hours
- Then display new field:
- "Opening time offset" of N minutes/hours (Default is 'hours'; 0 value is valid)
Requirements gathered from:
- Loan policy metadata spreadsheet with this user story ID
