    Description

      Purpose: To create the UI components needed for the Loan Rules CRUD page. Please see Filip's current designs and write specific acceptance criteria for the components you will be selecting/creating as part of this story. I assume you'll probably need a couple sprints to get all the components together. Let's just be specific about what's planned for this sprint/story.
