      Description

      Scenario 1

      • Given Settings > Circulation > Patron notice polices
      • When a single patron notice policy is viewed in new/edit mode
      • Remove "real-time" checkbox

      Scenario 2

      • Given Settings > Circulation > Patron notice polices
      • When a single patron notice policy is viewed in new/edit mode
      • And Check in or Check out is selected as the triggering event for a notice
      • Then display the following informational text to the side/bottom (of notice box):
        • "Always sent at the end of a session and loans are bundled into a single notice for each patron."

      Scenario 3 - NOTE comment below about BE refactoring?

      • Given Settings > Circulation > Patron notice polices
      • When a single patron notice policy is viewed in new/edit mode
      • And any of the following are selected as the triggering event for a notice:
        • Item renewed
        • Loan due date/time change
        • Item recalled
        • Awaiting pickup
        • Page request
        • Hold request
        • Recall request
        • Cancel request
        • Hold shelf expiration (this might need to be refactored on the BE since currently checking the real time box is required)
        • Request expiration (this might need to be refactored on the BE since currently checking the real time box is required)
        • Overdue fine, returned
        • Overdue fine, renewed
      • Then display the following informational text to the side/bottom (of notice box):
        • "Always sent when event is triggered."

      Scenario 4

      • Given Settings > Circulation > Patron notice polices
      • When a single patron notice policy is viewed in new/edit mode
      • And Loan due date/time is selected as the triggering event for a notice
      • Then display the following radio button options (only one can be selected) at the bottom of notice box:
        • Send overnight with multiple loans/items by patron. Useful for long-term loans. (this is the same as previously unchecked real time)
        • Send throughout the day without multiple loans/items. Useful for short-term loans. (this is the same as previously checked real time)

      Scenario 5

      • Given Settings > Circulation > Patron notice polices
      • When a single patron notice policy is viewed in new/edit mode
      • Then change "Loan notices" for accordion header to "Loan notices - sent to borrower"

      Scenario 6

      • Given Settings > Circulation > Patron notice polices
      • When a single patron notice policy is viewed in new/edit mode
      • Then change "Request notices" for accordion header to "Request notices - sent to requester"
