      Description

      Found following issue when troubleshooting Chalmers error.
      Go to circulation setting page on any q4 or q1 sites: for example https://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com/settings/circulation/checkout
      Fill some value and click save. Check network traffic and notice "3" not 3 is used for checkTimeoutDuration. That causes backend failures when timer kicks off.
