Can't save Lost item policy

    Description

      Given an authorized user (i.e. diku_admin in folio-edelweiss.dev.folio.org)
      Goes to Settings>Circulation>Fee Fine>Lost item fee policies
      Fills in every field
      Clicks save and close
      Expected behavior: policy saved and screen closes

      Actual behavior:
      Blank red "toast" appears and the policy is not saved.

      This is happening also in demo.folio.ebsco.com and ua.folio.ebsco.com

      NOTE NOT happening on TEST and SNAPSHOT can be reproduced on https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/
