[Spike] Delivery Requests: request processing when item checked-in on Front-End

According to the backend spike outcome CIRC-437 ,
we need to investigate the feasibility of the implemention of UICHKIN-113 on the front-end.

There are two possible solutions:
1) To check the reqests asotiated with the checked in item from the check-in ui app and to do the checkout of the item also from the check-in app if there is a delivery requests on top of the requests queue
2) To navigate the user to the checkout page to manually checkout the item for delivery

Time-boxed to: 8 hours
