    Description

Purpose: When a request is routed for delivery (for example, to an instructors' office), a slip is often printed to tuck into the item so library staff know it is intended for delivery, to whom and where. Delivery request functionality is covered in UIREQ-302.

      User story:
As a circ staff worker who has checked in an item that needs to be routed for delivery
I want a delivery slip to print
so that I can tuck it into the book to ensure other library staff know where it needs to go

      As a FOLIO administrator
I want to be able to configure the delivery slip
So I can customize the data that displays on the slip

      Scenarios

      1. Scenario
        • Given Settings > Circulation > Staff slips
        • When displayed
        • Then a third type of slip should display called "Delivery slip" in alphabetical order along with Hold and Transit slips
      2. Scenario
        • Given the new Delivery slip option
        • When selected
        • Then the view mode of the slip should display in a fourth pane (similar to Transit and Hold slips)
      3. Scenario
        • Given the new Delivery slip option
        • When edited
        • Then the following data elements should display:
          • Name - Not editable, display "Delivery"
          • Active - While "Active" displays on the other staff slips, it is non-functional and Darcy and I were talking about hiding it from the UI for now. I don't think there is any reason to add it to this new slip.
          • Description - text area, not required
          • Display - text area with a rich-text editor with ability to insert tokens (for field values), not required CB: Token story will be entered separately
      4. Scenario
        • Given the edit view of the Delivery slip
        • When displayed
        • Then:
          • "Save" button should display CB: The other slips' buttons read "Save and close" but that pattern is out of date. The new pattern we should be using is simply "Save"
          • An X will display in upper left to close the form
      5. Scenario
        • Given the edit form for the Delivery slip contains unsaved changes
        • When I click the cancel X in the upper left or any other navigational elements aside from the Save button
        • Then I will get the unsaved changes modal:
      6. Scenario
        • Given the View mode of the delivery slip
        • When displayed
        • Then all the data from the edit page will display read-only as is the case with the Transit and Hold slips
