Scenario 1
Given a loan on an item
When its due date/time is nearing (Exact timing defined by notice policy. For example, it may be 1 day before overdue.)
Then send courtesy notice to patron to indicate that their item needs to be returned soon. Exact wording is defined by notice template. Exact wording is defined by notice template.
Scenario 2
Given a loan on an item
When it is overdue (Exact timing defined by notice policy. For example, it may be 1 hour after overdue or 1 day overdue and then every 3 days after that.)
Then send an overdue notice to requester to remind that their item is past due and/or any fines that may be incurred. Exact wording is defined by notice template.
