Patron Notice Name Should Have Asterisk to Indicate Required

    Description

      Steps to repro:

      1. Log into folio_snapshot
      2. Go to Settings > Circulation > Patron Notices
      3. Click to create a new notice
      4. Attempt to save without specifiying a Patron notice name
      5. Note Patron notice name is required

      Expected: Required fields should be indicated by an asterisk in the label. Please see FOLIO-1784 for implementation details.

      Actual: No asterisk to indicate field is required.
