Description

Purpose:

Add ui-checkout.viewRequests and ui-checkout.viewLoans to ui-checkout.all permission set.

User story statement(s):

As a user with the permission set ui-checkout.all assigned,
I want to have the permissions ui-checkout.viewRequests and ui-checkout.viewLoans, as well,
so that I can have links to a user's loans and requests without the need to individually assign them.
