      Description

Overview: When trying to check out an item that's already checked out, the error list contains both the error related to the item status and the loan status. It only needs to contain one error related to these statuses.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Find an item that's already checked out
      2. Try to check out that item to another user

Expected Results:  It should not allow a check out and the error displayed should be, "Item is already checked out."

Actual Results: It doesn't allow the check out but the errors are both:

      • Cannot check out item that already has an open loan. <<-- THIS doesn't need to be displayed
      • Item is already checked out.

Additional Information: This also happens for other open loan/item status combinations including, Checked out, Declared lost, Aged to lost, Claim returned. For those item status errors the pattern is different, and instead they are displayed as follows:

      • ABA Journal (microform) (Barcode: 666666) has the item status Declared lost and cannot be checked out
      • Title of item (material type) (Barcode: number) has the item status Item status and cannot be checked out
