Wrong button displaying when creating Fast add with open Check out session

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to check out and check out a couple items to a patron
3. Without clicking End session button, click "New fast add record"
4. Fill out required fields

Expected Results: At the bottom of the form you should have the option to save or cancel new fast add

Actual Results: The end session button is at the bottom of the form instead - you can't save your fast add without ending session first
