Fast add record. Access New fast add template from Check out screen

Overview: Adding new instance record with associated holdings, and item record can be done by non catalogers, e.g. circulations staff, when checking out material not being registered in the collection. Circulation staff the use a fast add template to create a brief instance record, with holdings and item data. The template can be accessed through Inventory, the action menu.

Use cases:

1. Circulation staff:
   • Personal copy of items to be circulated for course reserve
   • A piece of an item scanned in for course reserve
   • Item needed to circulate before cataloging can be done

   • Personal copy of items to be circulated for course reserve
   • A piece of an item scanned in for course reserve

   • Given the Check out page
   • When displayed
   • Then a "New fast add record" option should be available per screenshot
2. Scenarios
   • Given the "New fast add record" option
   • When clicked
   • Then the fast add form defined in UIIN-907 should be opened
3. Scenarios
   • Given the Checkout page
   • When displayed
   • Then:
     • The Enter buttons should be changed from blue buttons to white ones
     • There should only be one End session button at the bottom of the page
     • The End session button should be changed to a "mega button" as shown in the below linked mockup
