Bugfest: Error message when item is already checked out

1. As a user with Check Out: check out circulating items permissions on bugfest
2. Attempt to check out an item with the status Checked out

Expected: Message appears with format: <title of item> (<material type>) (Barcode: <barcode of item>) has the item status Checked out and cannot be checked out

Actual: Message appears saying "Item is already checked out"
