Description of missing pieces does not appear on checkout pop up

I filled in the missing pieces description for the item 33445566 but it does not appear in the popup at check out even though there is a space for it.

Additional info: After closing the popups at check out, an error is thrown and checkout is prevented. This seems to only happen when checked out item has missing pieces note Error: Loan policy non-circulating-abe20b68-207a-4e92-a722-09bac42322d0 could not be found, please check circulation rules See attached screenshot
