Description

Steps to repro

On bugfest.folio.ebsco.com, with a user who has permission set folio-admin
Go to Check Out app
Bring up user
Check out at least two items to the user

Expected: As items are checked out, the most recently checked out items are at the top of the list, and the items checked out earliest in the session are at the bottom of the list.

Actual: The default sort shows the items that were first checked out at the top of the list, and shows items checked out later in the session at the bottom of the list.
