    Details

    • Template:
    • Sprint:
      Core: F - Sprint 55
    • Development Team:
      Prokopovych

      Description

      User story:
As a patron who has requests awaiting pickup
I want the circ desk worker to let me know they are there when/if I come up to check something out
So I don't leave the library without picking up my items

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario
        • Given User A has X items awaiting pickup for a request at Service Point P:
          • Request status = Open - Awaiting pickup (already working) OR Closed - Pickup expired (to be implemented in UIREQ-59)
          • Item Status = Awaiting pickup
          • Request pickup service point = Service Point P
        • When User A is scanned/entered into the Patron field in the Check Out app AND User A is acting on behalf of themselves (not as a proxy for someone else) AND the current service point is Service Point P
        • Then:
          • "Items awaiting pickup" modal should display with
            • Title of modal: Items awaiting pickup
            • Body of modal: Borrower has <number of items> awaiting pickup at this service point.
            • Controls:
              • Close - Button
              • X on window for closing (same as Close)

Mockups: Popup should use same styling as check in modals described in UICHKIN-49 and UICHKIN-50
