Due date displayed doesn't update after using change due date from check out

Changing the due date for an item in Check Out updates the due date, but the change is not reflected on the Check Out screen, making it appear as it the loan's due date has not changed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In folio-snapshot-stable as diku_admin
2. Check out an item to a user
3. Change due date at check out through ellipsis menu

Expected behavior: due date updates on Check Out screen.
Actual behavior: due date shown remains the same.

Screenshot attached shows the loan in the check out screen and its loan details, which do reflect the changed due date.
