[UICHKOUT-460] Provide service point to API when checking out - FOLIO Issue Tracker

With ~~CIRC-104~~ we are introducing a mandatory field into the loan called checkinServicePointId (not the casing of check in).

This property is set by the check out API, using the property called servicePointId, this needs to be provided during check out.

This needs to be set to the user selected service point for the given FOLIO UI.
