Position cursor on app start, after item processing, and on "End Session"

Case A: 10/1

• Open an app different from Checkout.
• Open Checkout app by clicking on the Checkout app button.
• Expected result: The cursor is placed into the patron input field (or, when already a patron is selected, into the item barcode field).
• Actual result: No cursor at all; the operator has to manually click into the input field before starting entering characters.

Case B:

• Open the Checkout app and select an active patron.
• Enter a valid item barcode.
• Click the "Enter" button after the barcode field (note: do NOT press enter key on keyboard!)
• The item gets loaned.
• The item barcode field gets cleared.
• Expected result: The cursor is placed into the item barcode field.
• Actual result: The is no cursor at all. The operator has to manually click into the item barcode field before entering the next item barcode.

Case C:

• Open the Checkout app.
• Select an active patron.
• Click on "End Session"
• All input field are cleared, no patron is selected.
• Expected result: The cursor is placed into the patron input field.
• Actual result: There is no cursor at all. The operator needs to manually place the cursor into the patron input field before starting entering the patron name/barcode.
