Get Alternate Loan Period for Items with Existing Requests from Loan Policy

Purpose: To set a loan's due date to the "Alternate loan period for items with existing requests" when a checked out item has existing requests.

User story:
As a FOLIO administrator
I want to be able to set an alternative loan period for items with existing requests
So that the loaned item will be returned in a timely manner so it can be loaned to the next requester

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Given Loan Policy X has:
     • Loanable = Y
     • "Alternate loan period for items with existing requests" of N minutes/hours/days/weeks/months
   • When Loan L is checked out AND
   • The loaned item has 1 or more requests in its request queue
   • Then the Due date for Loan L should be Date/time of checkout + "Alternate loan period for items with existing requests"
