      steps to reproduce:

      1. create rolling loan policy with loan period of 10 days
      2. edit loan rules so it looks like:

      fallback-policy: 10-day-book

      3. check out an item

      expected: due date will be 10 days from checkout date
      actual: due date is 14 days from checkout date
