Print transit slip for patron request at check-in

Given a check-in session
When an item is checked in
And it has been requested by another patron(s)
And it is being checked in at a location different from the the requested pick-up location
Then a modal appears with a checkbox labeled "Print slip" (UICHKIN-49).

If the user checks "Print slip" and clicks "Confirm," then a transit slip is printed. This slip has been customized by a staff member (UICIRC-76). It is for staff purposes, so they know where an item needs to be routed and why.
