Check in time is incorrect

Overview: This only happens when the user clicks the pencil or edit icon to change the process as check in date and time and then doesn't change it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into folio-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Navigate to Check In app. Click pencil icon to open Process as and Time returned fields
3. Check in an item

Expected Results: Check in time is same as FOLIO system time.
Actual Results: Check in time is different than the FOLIO system time.
