    Description

      Overview:
      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into bugfest-honeysuckle as a user with all permissions
        • Repros on snapshot
      2. Navigate to Check In app
        • Process as and Time returned fields are populated with the text today and now respectively
      3. Open time picker

      Expected Results: Default time is the system time ("now")
      Actual Results: Default time is system time + 5 hours
